International Trade Mentoring Program

Queensland Country Tourism is offering up to 10 tourism businesses the opportunity to participate in our International Trade Mentoring Program for 2026/27, designed to help operators become export ready and connect with international travel trade opportunities.
Successful participants will receive:

Why International Trade?
Queensland Country Tourism undertakes a range of strategic trade and export development activities to support operators in accessing international markets and building strong industry relationships.
This includes:
• Representation at the Australian Tourism Exchange (ATE), Australia's premier tourism trade event.
• Participation in trade activities with Tourism and Events Queensland (TEQ) and the Australian Tourism Export Council (ATEC).
• Hosting international buyer and trade familiarisation programs.
• Production of the Queensland Country Travel Trade Planner, a comprehensive resource for domestic and international trade partners.
• International trade missions and buyer engagement opportunities, including hosting travel trade delegations.
Participation in this mentoring program is designed to help businesses maximise these opportunities and become trade-ready.
